Local moving charges are based on the hourly rate. The labor rate begins when we arrive at the origin address and our crew introduces themselves to you. The rate continues during the disassembling, packing, load-up, the drive to the new location, additional stops, if any, and the unload, re-assembling and placing furniture and boxes per your request, and it ends when you say the job is finished. Once the required minimum has been met, the rate is charged in 15-minute increments. In addition to our labor rate, there is a one-time fee travel time.This charge covers the mover’s costs for traveling from their facilities to your location and back to their facility once the move is complete.
